We need your help to raise $50,000 that will go directly into investments in Arts, Spanish, Music, Athletics, and Physical Education-- programs that make a lasting impact on every child and enrich students' learning and creativity.
how you can help:
1. Register your student on GiveSmart and start requesting donations from friends and family.
2. Become a family sponsor! There are 25 family sponsorships available and each is $250. Sponsors will receive:
-Professional photo of your child/ren at Move-A-Thon, printed and given
to you post-event
-Family name on the Foster/Leavitt digital school billboard
-Branded Move-A-Thon canvas bag for trick-or-treating at event
3. Volunteer! It takes about 75 volunteers to make this event happen. Sign up coming soon!
All prospective volunteers must be current Level II volunteers through Family and Community Engagement (FACE). Prospective volunteers must complete the required CPS volunteer application forms and satisfy the requirements of the applicant review process, including a new online training (approximately 25 minutes) and a certificate of completion. Be sure to start the process now so you’ll be ready by October 31!
